The Story

Every proper seafood plate needs a slaw on the side. This one's got enough vinegar tang to cut through rich, buttery seafood.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar, celery salt, salt, and pepper.

Toss with shredded cabbage and carrots.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
